Back pain is common that 80% of people suffer from this, in all age groups. It may be tempting to stay on the couch all day when you’re experiencing back or neck pain. But that will only produce more pain. Although running or walking might be the last thing you feel like doing, physical therapy and exercise can be the most reliable way to decrease pain. People experience from different forms of back pain, be it pain because of degenerative disc disease, or herniated discs or pain you experience from sciatica, or you may be experiencing pain from upper, mid or lower back strains. Disc herniation is because of wearing down of spinal discs, causing it to bulge or sometimes rupture. The soft gel-like cushions start diminishing causing the vertebrates to rub against each other. This can trigger pain and discomfort in some, resulting in numbness or tingling in the hands, and feet, pain in the hips, and buttocks including a shooting pain down the arms and legs. Sciatica
